Search Midland Public Schools on YouTube to watch programming online. Channels 188-191 are found on the Charter Spectrum cable system. On AT&T's U-verse, go to Channel 99 and search for “Midland Community Television.” View many MCTV programs online at YouTube.com. Search MCTV Network’s Community Voices to view local programming on a variety of topics. You can listen to local, audio only podcasts by searching MCTV Network’s Community Voices or MCTV Network’s Government Affairs in your preferred podcast platform. Program schedules are available on MCTV’s website, Charter’s digital program guide, and Midland Daily News' Weekend Edition. Non-Profit Organizations can use our free PSA service to create a 30 – 60 second public service announcement that will be uploaded to YouTube, shared on Facebook, and made available as an audio only file for local radio stations to use. Participate: To submit programs, videos, podcasts, share messages, or use MCTV’s production equipment to create videos or audio podcasts, you must be a resident of the city or county of Midland or represent a non-profit within Midland County. In addition, an annual access user fee of $25 is required. MCTV also provides Media Producer Workshops for a $20 fee. Location: MCTV is in the lower level of the Grace A.
