On AT&T's U-verse, go to Channel 99 and search for “Midland Community Television.” View many MCTV programs online at YouTube.com. Search MCTV Network’s Community Voices to view local programming on a variety of topics. Program schedules are available on MCTV’s website, Charter’s digital program guide, and Midland Daily News' Weekend Edition. Non-Profit Organizations can use our free PSA service to create a 30 – 60 second public service announcement that will be uploaded to YouTube, shared on Facebook, and made available as an audio only file for local radio stations to use. Participate: To submit programs, videos, podcasts, share messages, or use MCTV’s production equipment to create videos or audio podcasts, you must be a resident of the city or county of Midland or represent a non-profit within Midland County. In addition, an annual access user fee of $25 is required. MCTV also provides Media Producer Workshops for a $20 fee. Location: MCTV is in the lower level of the Grace A. Dow Memorial Library, 1710 W. St. Andrews Road. Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Open weeknights and Saturdays for access users by appointment only.
